1. Shipping and Delivery:

Telmo Control subsidize shipping costs for our customers. This means that you as a customer in the vast majority of cases pay considerably less than what we pay the carrier for delivery to you. This is important to us because we wish to have only satisfied customers. We offer a fixed shipping price €29,- incl. VAT and customs to Sweden, Finland and to Germany, whatever the weight and size of the package (up to max 35 kg!). There is no extra charge! In the near future we will add more countries to the list of countries we ship to, please get in touch with us if you have questions about international shipping.

2. Delivery times:

All articles at www.telmo.no are in stock at Skedsmo outside Oslo, Norway. As Norway is not a member of the EU, we normally send 2 times a week from our warehouse to international customers. Calculate approx. 5 days delivery time to Sweden, Finland and Germany. During high season, it should be estimated an extra 1-2 days for delivery, although this of course is something we at all cost try to avoid.

3. Shipper:

We use PostNord MyPack as the main supplier of deliveries to private individuals in Sweden and Finland and we use PostNord/DPD as the main supplier of deliveries to private individuals in Germany. Both shippers have a very well developed network of postal agents their respective country - and they deliver at a very good price. It benefits you as a our customer.

4. Tracking shipments:

We will send you an email with a delivery confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The carrier retrieves goods with us Monday-Friday between 15:00 and 16:00. Therefore, it may take a few hours from you to leave the order until the package can be tracked. You will receive a text message with delivery information if you have entered a valid mobile phone number when ordering. For Finland, track your packages here: https://www.postnord.fi/asiakaspalvelu/sahkoinen-asiointi/lahetysten-seuranta or by downloading the PostNord app. For Germany, track your packages here: https://www.dpd.com/de/de/ or download the DPD app. Use the shipment ID that is sent to you from your shipper to track the package. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier from our warehouse, you can also track it under www.telmo.no/ordrehistorikk.

5. Pick up notice:

You will receive a message via SMS or email with pickup information - and then you can pick up the package at the place of delivery (PickUpPoint) that you either: - selected at check-out here at www.telmo.no (Sweden & Finland) - closest to your delivery adress given here at www.telmo.no (Germany) PS! Remember that you may be required to show a valid ID to obtain the package!
