1. Shipping and Delivery:
Telmo Control subsidize shipping costs for our customers. This means that you as a customer in the vast majority of cases pay considerably less than what we pay the carrier for delivery to you. This is important to us because we wish to have only satisfied customers. We offer a shipping pricees from €29,- incl. VAT for Europe and a shipping prices from €59,- incl. VAT for USA and Canada (up to max 35 kg!). *)
Currently we ship to the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK and the USA.
*) Some very few products cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you as soon as we receive your order in that specific case.
2. Shipment carrier and delivery times:
All articles at our website www.telmo.no are in stock at Skedsmo outside Oslo, Norway.
We are using DHL as our international carrier. Normally it will take between 1 -3 business days from you place your order until the package is delivered to your nearest post office/DHL drop point or at your door step. You can normally choose delivery method in the DHL tracking link that you will receive as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. DHL delivery alternatives will vary depending on market!
3. Tracking shipments:
You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation (DHL Shipment Notification) and a tracking link to your shipment (DHL Track & Trace) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The carrier normally picks up goods with us on Monday-Friday between 15:00 and 16:00. Therefore, it may take a few hours from you to leave the order until the package can be tracked. In most countries you will also receive a text message with delivery information and status updates from DHL if you have entered a valid mobile phone number when ordering. Shipment status can also be obtained directly from the DHL websites, use the AWB number (tracking number) you received initially from DHL:

4. Pick up notice:
You will receive a message from DHL via SMS and/or email with a planned delivery time (normally the day before delivery). For most countries you can choose either Home Delivery or delivery to a DHL Service Point. If DHL cannot reach you before delivery they will normally deliver your package to the nearest DHL Service Point where you live. You will then be informed about this via SMS and/or email and there will also be information about the DHL Service Point address and Opening Hours.
Please be informed that you need to pick up your package within 3-7 days (depending on country) - otherwise DHL will return the package to sender. PS! Remember that you may be required to show a valid ID to obtain the package!
